The journey
This route turns the classic São Paulo–Rio pairing into a real coastal journey instead of a simple city-to-city hop. After São Paulo, Ilhabela immediately changes the rhythm with island time, Paraty adds a historic mainland stop, and Rio provides the biggest finale; because each move continues in the same general direction, the trip feels connected even though the character changes at every stage.
