Hosting and technical access data
The website is hosted by IONOS. When a website is accessed, technical information is necessarily processed to deliver and secure the service. This can include the requested page, date and time, browser/device information, referrer and network information. IONOS states that visitor IP addresses used in its hosting statistics/logging are anonymised and that relevant visitor data is generally retained for up to eight weeks.
The purpose is the secure, stable and technically reliable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting Brasilll (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Ahrefs Web Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregated website usage. According to Ahrefs, its standard Web Analytics does not use cookies, persistent identifiers or personally identifiable information by default and does not track people across websites or devices.
We use these aggregated statistics to understand which content is useful and to improve the website. No advertising profile is created by Brasilll from this data.
External maps and media
Some pages load maps, photographs or other resources from external providers such as OpenStreetMap and Wikimedia Commons. When these resources are loaded, your browser connects directly to the relevant provider and technical connection data, including the IP address, may be transmitted to that provider. Their own privacy policies apply to their processing.
Emails and enquiries
If you contact us by email, we process the information you voluntarily send only to handle your enquiry and any necessary follow-up. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication is pre-contractual, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general correspondence. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary and where required by legal retention obligations.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding your personal data. You can exercise these rights free of charge by writing to info@brasilll.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before introducing features that materially change how personal data is processed, such as newsletters, personalised advertising, paid accounts or other tracking technologies.
