Curated route

The journey
Instead of treating the Amazon as a single stop, this route makes the region the entire journey. Belém introduces the eastern Amazon through a large river city, Alter do Chão changes the scale to a smaller base shaped by water and beaches, and Manaus finishes much farther west with access to another side of the rainforest, giving the trip enough time and geographic range to show how varied Amazonia actually is.
